$199.00 formulation fee is required ~ Sample is then product for your approval
50% NON-Refundable Retainer ~ 50% due at finalization of order
2% Processing Fee ~ samples or formula will not be returned
Product do not go out until ALL orders are paid in FULL
Shipping Rates Apply ~ 50% handling fee plus shipping is charged for shipment refusal
Copy of Sales Tax Certificate send with form ~ All Sales are FINAL
